WELCOME TO THE PRACTICE

Practice
The
practice has been established in the area for many years.
We moved to our present purpose-built premises in November 2001. We have eight
well equipped treatment and consulting rooms with a lift to the first floor. We
have wheelchair access to all patient areas with disabled parking at the rear
of the premises.
The practice is fully computerised and operates an appointment system.
When you register with the practice you will be asked to complete a registration
form. If you have a medical card please bring this along with you. You will be
offered a health-check with our health care assistant.
All patients will be able to see the doctor of their choice. We aim to provide
personal continuing care to all our patients and we therefore encourage you to
see the same doctor whenever possible so that you can establish a good relationship.
You may ask to see an alternative doctor but this may cause delays in obtaining
an appointment.
